Our Story
In 2015, the Women Ambassadors Forum (WAF) was founded by Ingrid Harb, while she was a student in her early twenties, with the mission to unify a diverse network of female change makers from around the world to become part of a physical community of ambassadors. Through our global network of ambassadors, our organization impacts not only each of our selected participants, but also the communities to which they dedicate their efforts to make a positive impact.
Every year, we welcome 200+ young leaders from 150+ countries with the ultimate goal of connecting the world’s most impactful young leaders to create a better world, with more responsible and effective leadership.
OUR MOVEMENT HAS REACHED 70% OF COUNTRIES WORLDWIDE. OUR GOAL IS TO REACH AND EMPOWER LEADERS IN EVERY CORNER OF THE WORLD.
In order to empower, we must also purse changes in the way people think as well as in the laws and traditions that are in place. The Women Ambassadors Forum focuses not only on providing the tools and opportunities for women to become the best leaders they can be— but to also inform and educate about how we can change the world we live in.
