Karin is the Founder and CEO of the Berlin-based Social Venture MentorMe. MentorMe is Germany’s biggest mentoring program for women, with 1.500 registered mentors and more than 400 female mentees per year. MentorMe helps women to enter the work world and climb up the career ladder through 1) individual mentoring with job-experienced men and women, 2) a supporting online community and 3) over 150 events and trainings per year. Karin Heinzl is also the founder of MeCademy, a state-funded program that helps unemployed women find a job they want. Last but not least, she’s member of the board of the German Association for Mentoring as well as a speaker, consultant and network expert.
